Toni (she/her pronouns) is a highly skilled counsellor with extensive experience working with couples, individuals, adolescents, children, and families. She specialises in areas such as relationships, intimacy, communication, conflict management, separation, anxiety, depression, and learning and behavioral difficulties in children and adolescents. With a special interest in ADHD and neurodiversity, she also helps clients develop practical strategies to manage executive functioning difficulties, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen relationships. Toni will ensure that you feel safe and welcome when working with her.
With a robust educational background and experience as a published author, Toni understands the complexities of human needs and how they can lead to internal and relational conflicts. Her therapeutic approach helps individuals, couples, and families gain a deeper understanding of themselves and each other.
