Toni Stephan
Languages Spoken - English & Afrikaans

You will find Toni to be a warm, compassionate, optimistic and collaborative couples and family therapist. Toni is not a 'sit and nod' counsellor. She is active in therapy, and although she finds listening to be a vital part of what she does, she’s known to gently challenge her clients, help them see where they are stuck, show them new ways of being and encourage their growth.

Meet Toni

Toni (she/her pronouns) enjoys working with couples, individuals, children, and families across all areas including, relationships, intimacy, communication, conflict management, separation, anxiety, depression as well as learning and behavioral difficulties in children. Toni is experienced in working with diversities and you can expect to feel safe and welcomed with Toni.

As a highly educated and experienced therapist, as well as a published author, Toni understands that people vary in their needs and these differences can create conflict in themselves, as well as in their relationships. She aims to help individuals, couples and families obtain an increasingly well-developed understanding of themselves and each others inner workings. By doing so she assists her clients by helping transform conflict into opportunities for deeper intimacy and connection with self, and others.
