Relationship Counselling

Relationships can be incredibly rewarding and satisfying, when they are working correctly. When they are not working, they can be emotionally draining and leave you feeling helpless and unsure of what to do to fix the issues. No one teaches you how to be in a relationship and how to make one run smoothly and feel satisfying. That’s where we can help you.

Is your relationship in trouble?

  • Do you feel more like roommates with rings than lovers?

  • Are you sick and tired of fighting with your partner about issues that never get resolved?

  • Do you feel alone and disconnected from your partner?

  • Has the trust in your relationship been destroyed?

  • Do you feel like you have grown apart?

  • Have you lost the ability to be able to communicate effectively with each other?

  • Do you have different levels of desire or challenges around sex in your relationship?

Working with a qualified couple’s counsellor and relationship expert, can help you to reconnect with your partner, rebuild trust, intimacy and create the loving relationship you’ve always hoped for. At Hills Relationship Centre our highly trained counsellors provide marriage counselling and relationship counselling for residents of Sydney, particularly those living in the Hills district, Hawkesbury district and the Blacktown district.

Working with us

We offer online relationship counselling via Zoom, as well as in person session at our office located in Bella Vista, New South Wales, Australia.

In Person and Zoom sessions run for 60 minutes and cost $220.00 for couples.

Many of our couples prefer to come in for an individual session each before they begin couples work. A confidential individual session allows you to speak freely without worrying what your partner may think and feel. It is also a time used to consider and explore what you are bringing into the relationship and how that is impacting. We welcome this approach at Hills Relationship Centre and encourage you to consider if this is right for you.

We also welcome you choosing to come in together and not have an individual session first. If you feel that you would like to attend together, that is okay with us and we will work in the way that feels best for you.

After your first appointment, we will make some recommendations based upon your unique circumstances. We will also discuss with you and make a plan around your goals for counselling and how we can help. We will discuss the frequency of sessions and add in a time to review where we are at in achieving your goals. We want to insure your sessions are helpful and productive and that there is a clear plan in place for your counselling.

“Our communication had completely broken down. Our intimacy had disappeared and we were both questioning how long we could go on like this for. Counselling helped us rebuild our relationship from the ground up. We were finally able to understand where we had gone wrong and Hailee guided us in learning better ways of interacting with each other that helped bring back the love we once shared".

"I loved my husband but I didn't feel like I was still in love with him anymore. I felt starved of emotional connection in our marriage and despite trying to tell him what I wanted and needed, he couldn't get it.  Counselling help me to communicate more clearly and helped him to finally understand me and what I needed to feel loved and connected. We both  learnt to listen and show love in the way that the other needed".
